Meet our team

 Dr. Pham has a unique understanding of microscope-assisted, minimally-invasive root canal therapy and microsurgery, specializing in the diagnosis of tooth pain. A Tampa Bay native, Dr. Pham holds a B.S. degree in Chemistry from the University of South Florida. Upon receiving a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from Columbia University, he later obtained a Doctorate of Medicine in Dentistry at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ). Shortly after, Dr. Pham received a specialty Certificate in Endodontics from the School of Dental Medicine at Columbia University.

In Fall 2014, Dr. Pham opened Endodontic Innovations with the mission to provide high-quality, individualized endodontic care. Passionate about teaching future endodontists, Dr. Pham is a clinical instructor at the LECOM School of Dental Medicine, with a particular focus on root canal therapy. An active member of the community, Dr. Pham also volunteers with Mission Smiles, a nonprofit mobile dental clinic, to provide dental care to those lacking access to it. 

Outside of work, Dr. Pham likes to spend time with his wife and four children and work in the garden.
